Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of your order being delivered. The costumer is responsible for any shipping cost to return the item. A store credit will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the piece. Items on "sale" are final & cannot be returned / exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once it has been shipped you will receive an email with confirmation that your item has been shipped & it’s on its way to you. Once your item has been shipped Pura Magia holds no responsibilities of what happens to the item or any delays that may occur in the postal service. You will receive your tracking number via email once we send your order.
