Returns are accepted within 7 days of your order being delivered.
The costumer is responsible for any shipping cost to return the item.
A store credit will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the piece.
Items on "sale" are final & cannot be returned / exchanged or refunded.

FREE SHIPPING TO THE US ON ORDERS OVER $50.00
YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AT THAT POINT PURA MAGIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR ANY DELAYS THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE POSTAL SERVICE.
Pre Orders
PRE-ORDERS REQUIERE A MINIMUM OF 40% OF THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
ONCE THE PRE-ORDER HAS BEEN SET UP THAT DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, MEANING, IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE PAYMENT OR DECIDE LATER THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE ITEM YOU'LL LOOSE THE DEPOSIT.
IF A PRE ORDER IS SET UP & LATER THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT OR YOU CAN CHOOSE TO KEEP IT AS STORE CREDIT.

Most of our packaging is compostable and / or recyclable.

We value & support other small businesses. Although some components of our packaging are handmade, In house at Pura Magia, others are sourced from artisan owned buissnesses.
